L'appartamento non dispone di parcheggio privato. Il parcheggio più vicino, chiamato Parcheggio Porta Pasquale, si trova a circa 150 metri dall'appartamento. Il parcheggio è pubblico e a pagamento. Il biglietto costa 14 euro per 24 ore o 22 euro per 48 ore.
A pochi passi si trovano la fermata dei bus urbani di collegamento con il mare ed i borghi viciniori, la stazione dei taxi, la fermata del bus turistico (CityBySee) e quella del bus-navetta gratuito che collega il Parcheggio Lumbi (il più grande della città) al centro storico.
A poco più di 200 metri si trova la stazione della funivia che collega la città al mare (Mazzarò ed Isola Bella) ed a circa 300 metri si trova il Terminal Bus, da dove partono ed arrivano i bus extraurbani che collegano la città con l'aeroporto di Catania, la Stazione ferroviaria di Taormina – Giardini e tutte le principali città della costa Jonica.
Il Teatro Greco dista 250 metri dall’appartamento.
Nelle immediate vicinanze dell’appartamento si trovano ristoranti, pizzerie, bar, negozi di generi alimentari, il Mercato comunale (aperto tutti i giorni dal lunedì al sabato dalle 07:30 alle 14:00), un panificio, una pizzeria da asporto, due Pub, un centro benessere, un noleggio auto/moto.

Vincenzo's apartment is stunning, and the location is incredible. I contacted Vincenzo numerous times leading up to my arrival in Sicily, and he responded quickly. He me us at the apt, even though we arrived late, around 11pm. The apt is clean, modern & spacious, and the courtyard is so so beautiful. Will recommend to anyone visiting Taormina.

Vicenzo a été très attentif et précis à notre arrivée en répondant à toutes nos questions. Et beaucoup de documentation dans l'appartement. L'appartement est tout simplement génial : situé à deux pas de la vielle ville et du téléphérique pour aller à la plage, garage à 300 m, à 30 m d'une boulangerie et d'un petit commerce et 4 restaurants à moins de 100m. Très joliment décoré, au calme, accueillant (vin, articles pour le petit déjeuner) il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Et prendre le petit déjeuner et le dîner sur la terrasse est magique.

Vincenzo was an incredibly welcoming host who went out of his way to support our arrival; great communication and he provided a great little welcome pack that we were happy to have after some long travel. The apartment itself was a great place to stay with the courtyard out the back providing a nice place to retreat to during the afternoon. The apartment was 100m outside the old town entrance, but was down the right end IMO as there was easy access to the gondola (to get to the beach), a taxi rank out the front, the worlds greatest bakery just around the corner and a little supermarket just a few doors away. We stayed there with our two young children (2 and 4 yo). The apartment was up one flight of stairs but this was no problem at all.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Vincenzo's apartment for four days and absolutely loved it. It's a beautiful, spacious apartment with a fantastic outdoor seating area. Vincenzo and his wife met us when we arrived and helped us get settled in. He lives close by so we felt that he was on hand if we needed anything. The apartment is in a central spot with easy access to the historic centre of town and to transport links. I would definitely recommend staying at Vincenzo's place if you're visiting Taormina.

Vincenzo we enjoyed our stay in your apartment, close to centre, public transport, restaurants and bakery. The design of the apartment and garden is wonderfull and we appreciated the wine, coffee, oranges and all other things available in the apartment. Kind regards Paul
