L'appartamento, situato al 2° piano di un immobile sito nel centro storico di Taormina (a pochi passi da Porta Messina), è di recente ristrutturazione e dispone di una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, cucina – soggiorno (con divano letto matrimoniale) e balcone. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata/riscaldamento, TV Smart 50” LED con ricezione satellitare, internet wifi gratuito, asciugacapelli e ferro da stiro.

L'appartamento non dispone di parcheggio privato. Il parcheggio più vicino, chiamato Parcheggio Porta Pasquale, si trova a circa 150 metri dall'appartamento. Il parcheggio è pubblico e a pagamento. Il biglietto costa 14 euro per 24 ore o 22 euro per 48 ore.
A pochi passi si trovano la fermata dei bus urbani di collegamento con il mare ed i borghi viciniori, la stazione dei taxi, la fermata del bus turistico (CityBySee) e quella del bus-navetta gratuito che collega il Parcheggio Lumbi (il più grande della città) al centro storico.
A poco più di 200 metri si trova la stazione della funivia che collega la città al mare (Mazzarò ed Isola Bella) ed a circa 300 metri si trova il Terminal Bus, da dove partono ed arrivano i bus extraurbani che collegano la città con l'aeroporto di Catania, la Stazione ferroviaria di Taormina – Giardini e tutte le principali città della costa Jonica.
Il Teatro Greco dista 250 metri dall’appartamento.
Nelle immediate vicinanze dell’appartamento si trovano ristoranti, pizzerie, bar, negozi di generi alimentari, il Mercato comunale (aperto tutti i giorni dal lunedì al sabato dalle 07:30 alle 14:00), un panificio, una pizzeria da asporto, due Pub, un centro benessere, un noleggio auto/moto.

Our apartment was so beautiful. We really loved our stay here. It was very modern & clean. It was in the perfect location close to the main street in town, restaurants, shops etc. We had three people stay here and it was quite comfortable. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Taormina! Thank you Vincenzo!

We cannot be more thankful to Vincenzo and his wife for making us feel so at home with their bnb. My husband and I got married in Taormina and chose Vincenzo's listing based on its location and because of the lovely photos on site. We couldn't have picked a better spot. Vincenzo and his wife think of every detail, such as welcome treats and refreshments in the fridge. The place is new and very clean, aesthetically pleasing. The location is top notch as you are steps from the cable car to go down to the beach, but also steps to corso Umberto where the major shops and resteraunts are located. We will never forget Taormina because we got married there, but also because of people like Vincenzo and his wife who made our stay incredible

Superbe appartement correspondant tout à fait aux photos. La situation de l'appartement est idéale: proche du centre historique, des transports et de toutes les commodités. Très bon accueil de notre hôte (avec en prime une bouteille de vin et tous les produits de 1ère nécessité!), qui a été extrêmement disponible durant tout notre séjour.

Very modern and well appointed apartment in a perfect location - very central to the main street but a minute or two walk away so quieter when wanting to retreat! Vincenzo made us very welcome on arrival.

This place of Vincenzo is a real 5 star venue. Quiet and comfortable. Spacious, modern, well equipped with personal extra touch ie coffee, honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basics for cooking, water and juice in fridge, bottle of wine on arrival. Close to Medina gate, close to different bus stops and the funicular, bakery 30 metres away as well as a convenience shop. Double glazed windows keep noise out.

Die Wohnung entspricht einer 5 Sterne Suite. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, gleich neben dem Nordeingang zur Fussgängerzone. Die Navetta (Pendelbusse) verbindet das Parkhaus mit dem Zentrum und stoppt gleich vor der Haustüre. Ab vier Nächten lohnt es sich, die Tageskarte in eine Settimanale umzutauschen, da günstiger und nicht bei jeder Ausfahrt bezahlt werden muss. Auch die Kommunikation mit Vicenzo hat perfekt geklappt. Er hat uns pünktlich empfangen, beim Gepäck geholfen und uns das Appartement gezeigt.
